We use Del Fox Meats, based in Stanwood, WA as our butcher. Occasionally we receive requests to use another local butcher. We are happy to accommodate these requests when possible, but cannot always do so. Contact us if you are interested in this option. We generally start butchering in July, and the beef is ready for you to pick up at the butcher in Stanwood about 2 weeks after the butcher date. The exact date depends on the butcher's availability, and when the cows are ready to go.
