Grass Fed Beef

  At On the Lamb Farm we raise our beef on lush green pasture, right here in the Stillaguamish Valley in Northwest Washington. We do not finish on grain, and we do not use antibiotics or additives in feed.
We use medications only when necessary, never routinely. While our products are not strictly organic, we raise our livestock with the care that we demand when feeding our own family.
  We sell beef by the whole cow, side, or half side (quarter). A whole cow yields approximately 750 lbs,
a side about 375 lbs, and a half side about 180 lbs. Our prices, based on hanging weight, including all
butcher fees:
      • Half Side (quarter) $3.60 per pound
      • Side $3.20 per pound
      • Whole Cow $3.00 per pound
 

We also offer our grass-fed beef in individual cuts (roasts, steaks, ribs etc.), and in ground beef wrapped in 1- and 2-pound packages, butchered and packaged by our USDA-inspected butcher, Island Grown Cooperative.  If you are interested, contact us for price and availability.
